First up, how could i have neglected my beloved ps cafe for sooooo long..? Scooted over to have a tiger break
the green apple mojito is delish! sat indoors in front of the open concept kitchen cos the couch seat wasn't available :( the usual photo-taking of the vase of flower on the table me and my PS fish & chips.... somehow, i've had diminishing marginal returns of satisfaction after eating the fish & chips there ever so often. mental note to self: try their other mains the next time! the only value-addedness of the fish & chips was the presentation (?) bbq-ed ribs with onion rings.. the onion rings was waaaaaaaay to oily ps harding salad... my favorite! was really stuffed from dinner to have desserts.. damn! how can i NOT have desserts.?! i really wanted to try the sticky date cake....... the diners outside.... on the other hand, over at the northern end of singapore lies a laidback american diner, Buckaroo, which serves awesome fish & chips and other bbq and grills. the interior of the restaurant. do not understand its understated decor. the food there is done right to the simple basics that it tastes so so good! fish & chips. the second best in singapore i've had so far, with smokin' frogs being the best! tower of onion rings made of real onion. had fun eating it
